Whether we have been hired to provide technical direction for an entire event, or just hired to set up a couple speakers, we will provide as much event support as possible.

During a rental period, the client will always be able to speak with an on-site engineer. If an on-site engineer isn’t hired, live support will be available via call/text/email during the event to help solve any problems. We provide step by step instructions on how to troubleshoot technical issues.
